The All Star Comic Con is a weekend-long comic, art, gaming and pop culture celebration taking place at the Sheraton Tysons on June 8-9th, 2019.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE ALL STAR COMIC CON?

The All Star Comic Con is June 8-9, 2019 at the Sheraton Tysons in Northern Virginia, minutes west of Washington DC. On June 7, All Star Comic Con will hold a special evening event for its VIP pass holders.

The main hall (artists and vendors) is open on Sunday, June 9, 2019 from 10am- 5pm.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND THE ALL STAR COMIC CON?

Everyone is welcome to attend The All Star Comic Con! Kids 8 and under are admitted free with a paid adult (limit 2 kids per paid adult ticket). Young children MUST be supervised at all times, as The All Star Comic Con does not currently offer babysitting services.

DO YOU HAVE SPONSORSHIP AND ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES?

REGISTRATION

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE ALL STAR COMIC CON?

Visit www.TheAllStarComicCon.com and click TICKETS. This year, we made the options easier to understand and more affordable. You have three options:

  1. Elite VIP: The baddest of the bad, the coolest of the cool. You get a two-night stay at the Sheraton and admission to Friday’s VIP Gala AND #Elite&Greet event. You also receive a collectible lanyard, badge, yearbook program, class ring, front of the line privileges, and cool Swag Crate (new for 2019!) and tons more goodies. Now available as a single or a double package (Elite All Star VIP for TWO!).

  3. All Star Weekend Pass: For the price of the 2018 Saturday-only ticket, we’re giving you Saturday AND Sunday admission in 2019…pretty sweet, huh?

CAN I GET TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

Yes, we sell non-VIP Weekend Passes at the door until the event is sold out. There will be a slight increase in price for at the door admission pass purchases.

DO I NEED A PASS TO ATTEND THE SATURDAY NIGHT AFTER PARTY?

All All Star Con ticket holders have access to our “world famous” Saturday Night After Party. Note: The Friday night event is open to Elite All Star VIP, All Star VIP pass holders, Vendors, and Artists only. Friday’s #Elite&Greet event is reserved for Elite All-Star VIP pass holders only.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final; NO REFUNDS will be issued. Please choose your pass carefully. Most passes are eligible for upgrades depending on availability. All Star Comic Con reserves the right to change our refund policy at any time, without notification.

WHAT IF THE CELEBRITY I WANTED TO MEET CANCELS?

Cancellations are commonplace within the convention community. If you are coming solely for one guest, you may want to wait and purchase your tickets at the door. Celebrity cancellations may happen at any time and they're a huge bummer for us, too. Refunds are not available, even in the case a celebrity cancels their appearance.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO CHECK IN AT ALL STAR?

You need a print out of your confirmation email or the ability to the confirmation email from your mobile device. Please note that the name on the pass must match the name on your photo ID.

VENUE

WHERE IS THE ALL STAR COMIC CON LOCATED?

The All Star Comic Con will be located at the Sheraton Tysons, 8661 Leesburg Pike, Tysons, VA 22182.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Weekend parking at the Sheraton is free, but it is not endless and preference goes to those who are overnight guests at the hotel. There is always the possibility that the hotel will run out of spaces and this is out of our control. Never fear, there is a 24-hour Walmart parking garage that is 20 yards away from the hotel.

Pricing at the Walmart garage (credit card only, subject to change):

  • First 2 hours = Free

  • 3 hours = $5

  • 4-5 hours = $10

  • 5+ hours (or lost ticket) = $20

IS THE VENUE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE?

YES! The Sheraton Tysons is handicapped accessible and meets all ADA requirements.

DOES THE VENUE HAVE AN ATM?

Yes, there is an ATM machine located between the main entrance and the front desk. There is also an ATM machine in the Walmart across the street from the hotel.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Other than plastic, disposable water bottles, we would prefer you utilize our concession stands at the convention as those purchases benefit All Star Comic Con.

WHAT'S YOUR RE-ENTRY POLICY?

Attendees that exit the convention are permitted to re-enter with proper ID and pass. This includes attendees who exit to the designated smoking areas.

AUTOGRAPHS AND PHOTO OPS

HOW MANY AUTOGRAPHS CAN I GET?

You can get as many as you'd like to pay for.

WHAT ARE "PHOTO OPS"?

Photo ops are professionally taken photos for an additional fee, for which you will receive an 8×10 of your photo. You can purchase additional print outs or digital downloads from our excellent photo op provider. Photo ops will be available for purchase with cash or credit card at the convention. Photo ops are taken at scheduled times and are subject to change (both times and specific celebrity availability). New for 2019: Photo op pre-sales will be available closer to the start of the convention.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS WITH THE CELEBRITY WITH MY CAMERA OR MOBILE DEVICE?

Whether or not a celebrity allows a selfie is completely up to them. Some allow it, some don’t, and some charge for it. This is completely out of our control. Please respect the wishes of the celebrities and follow the rules that they've established.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF THE CONVENTION IN GENERAL?

YES! We encourage you to take photos during the convention. Taking pictures or videos of celebrities at their tables is subject to their individual rules and is out of our control. Taking pictures and videos at panels is subject to the rules announced at the start of each panel. Some panels may be restricted and we ask you to respect that from the outset.

Remember, cosplay does not equal consent. Be sure to ask cosplayers if you can take pictures of them - most cosplayers are very cool about that, but you should always ask as a matter of respect.

PRESS PASSES

CAN I HAVE A PRESS PASS?

2019 Press Passes will be issued on an invite-only basis. Don't call us, we'll call you, babe!
